Luisa is an MBA student with a passion for sustainability in business operations. She started her professional career as an Organisational Therapist in a financial company in Columbia and quickly rose up the ranks to become the co-director of HR. After overseeing the operations of her companies Human Resources department, Luisa was determined to expand her knowledge of business and decided to apply for The Essex MBA.
