Report a fault
Register your details with our Helpdesk and then you can report faults online. Once you've logged the fault, we'll
send you an email to let you know we're working on it.
You can find us in the Information Centre where our friendly Security team provides
24-hour face-to-face and phone support for students, staff and visitors including:
- reporting urgent out-of-hours faults
- dealing with lockouts
- first aid
- lost property
- issuing of keys
- communication with emergency services

Central Stores stocks a range of items, such as cleaning, maintenance, electrical and stationery products,
for the day-to-day running of all three campuses.
Contact the Estate Helpdesk (Colchester) for fault reporting,
alteration works and car parking. We also advise on other services such as cleaning and portering.
