Graham Underwood

"Welcome to the Faculty of Science and Health. We are proud of our unique mix of staff, students and research expertise, with interdisciplinarity at the heart of everything we do.

Our faculty experience is genuinely international, with students and academic staff from all six continents.

We provide a research-led education, developing the technologically literate and highly skilled scientists and leaders of the future.

More than 250 academic staff in our faculty conduct internationally-recognised (REF 2014) research across an interconnected spectrum of areas. With an extensive portfolio of funding from the major bodies in the UK and Europe, and collaborations within the UK and across the world, their work is actively addressing the pressing needs of the world today and for the future."
