Our Loughton Campus is located in a culturally diverse part of Essex. All major faiths are represented in the local area and are within easy reach of the campus, either in walking distance or by public transport.

As well local bus routes to Epping, you can travel on the London Underground from Debden to Epping (Central Line), followed by a 15 minute walk to the centre.
There are many churches in the Loughton area. The Loughton Churches Together website is a great starting point to choose the right one for you.
St Johns Church is a 20 minute walk from the Loughton Campus.
St Edmund of Canterbury is a 20 minute walk from the Loughton Campus.
As well as local bus routes to Leytonstone, you can travel on the London Underground from Debden to Leytonstone (Central Line), followed by a 15-minute walk to the Mandir.
Loughton Synagogue is a 15 minute walk from the Loughton Campus.
As well as local bus routes to South Woodford, you can travel on the London Underground from Debden to South Woodford (Central Line), followed by a two minute walk to the Centre.
As well local bus routes to Bow, you can travel on the London Underground from Debden to Mile End (Central Line), followed by a seven minute walk to the Gurdwara.
We do not currently have a dedicated chaplain presence at Loughton campus. However you can arrange to speak by telephone to one of our chaplaincy team based at other campuses. Please request this through your Student Services Hub.
