The Essex Apprentice

Join us for this exciting challenge-based event where two teams will compete head-to-head to win a share of £500 and the coveted title of Essex Apprentice.

Over four weeks you will work with your team to create a product or service, considering the design and production of brand and promotional material, as well as the outline of a revenue model.

Aligned with the UN sustainability goals, teams will be tasked with creating a product or service that supports students in one of the following areas:

• Mental Health
• Managing Finances
• Access to healthy food
• Promotion of wellbeing and exercise
• Targeting loneliness

At the end of the four weeks, each team will have two hours to promote their product or service to students on campus and encourage as many sales/sign-ups as possible. The team with the majority will be announced as the winners.

This is a fantastic opportunity to put that bold Essex Spirit to the test and gain some real-life sales and marketing experience here on campus, while having some fun along the way.
