Apply for a PhD studentship for your doctoral study funded by the Consortium for Humanities and the Arts South-East England (CHASE) and the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC).

We are an interdisciplinary department with expertise in English literature, creative writing, film studies, drama and journalism. Our courses are taught by leading academics, as well as experienced writers, film makers and journalists, and allow you to follow specialised pathways or to combine your interests across our subject areas.
