Kathryn Davis

Biography

I lead the Career Programmes team within Career Services, which includes Chart my Path, Big Essex Award, Career Mentoring, Frontrunners and Rising Stars. Our programmes enhance our offer to students to access a range of opportunities to build their experience, networks, transferable skills, confidence and self-awareness whilst at Essex, and to prepare them for their future careers. Before joining Essex, I worked in museums and heritage for over a decade, with a focus on learning and community engagement programming, especially relating to archaeology. I've designed and delivered programmes for young children up to postgraduate researchers, and everyone inbetween, working as part of large scale external funding projects.
