Employee Apprenticeships Manager, University of Essex

Claire is our Employee Apprenticeships Manager, within People & Culture. The main purpose of the job is to help develop and grow the Employee Apprenticeship Scheme and increase the utilisation of the apprenticeship levy fund at Essex.

Prior to joining us, Claire spent nearly ten years working in another Higher Education Institution, managing various student support teams (including student wellbeing and inclusion).  Before that, she worked for the Training and Enterprise Council, Learning and Skills Council and within the Local Authority 14-19 Education Team.
