Governance Office

The Corporate Governance Office is one of the teams within the Office of the Vice-Chancellor.

Our main function is the management of University's corporate governance arrangements, including the University's governing body, Council; the University Steering Group and the sub-committees of Council. We also support the University’s project governance function.

We work with the University Trustees, the Senior Management team and project governance teams to support committee functions and act as Committee Managers.
