Nicolae is a research officer for Organisation Studies and Human Resources Management, and assistant lecturer for management and marketing, both in Essex Business School. He is also an assistant lecturer in the Department of Government, Department of Psychosocial and Psychoanalytic Studies, and the School of Philosophical, Historical and Interdisciplinary Studies, as well as a postgraduate research student in the Department of Sociology and Criminology.
