The Times Higher Education’s global Academic Reputation Survey is now live. This survey is invitation-only, so if you are selected to take part, please take the opportunity to provide your expert input and help develop a unique perspective on Higher Education. This will ask you to use your discipline-specific knowledge to name up to 15 universities that you believe are the best in both research and teaching. The survey will also be used alongside 15 other objective indicators to help create the THE World University Rankings.

Whilst the THE survey is invitation-only, we are able to put forward nominees to receive invitations to take part in the Quacquarelli Symonds’ (QS) similar Academic Reputation Survey. All departments have been asked (via their Faculty Deans Research) to send an email template, provided by QS, to relevant contacts around the world who have expert knowledge in their fields. These would typically be people the department have had contact with or collaborated with recently. If you have people in your network you wish to invite to participate, please liaise with your Director of Research to ensure we remain compliant with the QS guidelines.

If you would like further information on either the THE or QS Academic Reputation Surveys then please contact the Planning and Data Insight team.
