We offer a wide range of resources and services, aimed at equipping you with, digital and manual skills, required for ease of access to the library and less stressful learning experience.

Self-guided tours
Visit the Albert Sloman Library on Colchester Campus, any day from the 13 September, 2021, for a self-guided tour. Between the hours of 10am and 4pm during this period, you are welcome to learn more of what services and resources we offer you.
Virtual tour
If you cannot come in-person for a tour, that is alright. Our virtual presence still makes it possible for you to take a familiarisation tour of the library online. You can always visit this site to learn about the services Essex library offers you.
Personnel Guided tours
If you have any need for a one-to-one tour of the library, apply through the Student Wellbeing and Inclusivity Services Team and we shall cater to your needs. Approach any of our members of staff in yellow lanyards, and we will gladly assist you in getting to know more about the services and resources we have for you.
