Angels@Essex presents qLegal team, who will explain how to work with term sheets needed for equity investment, equally useful to both founders and investors.

This webinar will explain how to work with term sheets, how term sheets differ from binding legal contracts and how term sheets relate to the legal contacts that follow from the term sheet. We will look at a sample term sheet and related contract during the session.
