Seminar summary

What are the possibilities and limitations of commoning education outside of formal academic institutions? If we’ve reached as stage where, as Harney and Moten claim, studying is the one thing you can’t do in the university, does it become essential to escape from formalized teaching spaces in order to create times and spaces to be able read, think, and theorize together?
