The Centre for Work, Organisation and Society (CWOS) invite guest speakers Dr Raysa Rocha (Essex Business School); Professor Constantin Bratianu (UNESCO); Professor Alexander Kaiser (Vienna University of Economics & Business); Dr Ludmila Mládková (Prague University of Economics and Business), and PhD student Paula Marchant-Pérez (University of Beira Interior) to this instalment of the CWOS Research Seminar Series.
Can spirituality unlock the full potential of your organisation? In this session Raysa will present her new co-edited book (Spirituality and Knowledge Dynamics) along with four of the contributing authors. The book offers a groundbreaking exploration of how spiritual practices, wisdom traditions, and contemplative approaches can revolutionise organisational effectiveness and well-being.
