Dive into our 4-week mindfulness experience, where you’ll harness the power of concentration, clarity, and resilience.
Step into a world of focused intention, heightened awareness, and unstoppable resilience. Experience improved relationships, boosted creativity, and a calmer mind.
We run two sessions each week: 12:10-12:45 and 13:10-13:45, available in person and via Zoom (Meeting ID 956 3976 2443). You will also be provided with additional resources to use outside of the sessions if you wish to use them.
Though these sessions are run as a four-week course, though you do not need to attend every session. If you miss one, every session is recorded and uploaded to the Wellbeing Directory.
