Understanding your customers: Who are they and what do they need?

Hosted by Essex Startups

Join us for this workshop on the importance of understanding your who your customers are, how they find you, and their experience of your product/service.

Mastering the art of market research provides a solid foundation to build your business. We will explore the ways in which market research can help identify your target market, and how to use primary and secondary research techniques to identify your competitors.

You will learn how to effectively utilise various customer touchpoints, to create positive customer experiences. If you can empathise with your customers, envision their journey, and keep them interested along each step of the purchasing cycle, you can keep them coming back for more!

Creating positive customer experiences can convert disengaged customers into raving fans who will shout about your business from the rooftops.

In this session you will take part in team activities to explore how healthy competition can improve your business and help you appeal to both potential and already existing customers.
