During this workshop, we will explore the 5p’s of negotiation - prepare, probe, possibilities, propose, and partner – to equip you with the knowledge that can be applied to ensure effective communication, deal-making, and long-term relationships with clients or customers.

We’ll consider the best approaches in response to counteroffers or situations where conflicts arise, as well as closing effectively, to ensure positively about the outcome and maintain focus on the business goals.

You’ll gain an understanding of the importance of achieving results that satisfy both parties, and how the tone you set during negotiations can influence the entire process. Whether you’re negotiating fees, deadlines, or project details, these strategies help you maintain control, build trust, and achieve success.
