Join us for an exciting two-day conference addressing the global challenges of integrating climate action and financial stability to build a sustainable future. As businesses, governments, and financial institutions face growing pressure to meet climate targets, this conference explores the critical intersections between climate action, transition finance, and financial stability. With the global economy facing unprecedented environmental and financial challenges, scholars, policymakers, and researchers are invited to explore how to effectively align climate goals with financial frameworks.
The conference will be held at the University of Essex and a mixture of experts from different sectors will discuss issues during panels focused on sustainable finance, environmental law, financial institutions, and business and human rights.
This event promises to foster rigorous academic debate and the exchange of groundbreaking research on sustainable finance. The event will be free of charge and held in person but there will be opportunities for hybrid participation.
