Biography

Louise brings a wealth of expertise in global partnerships, international recruitment, business development, and online education. Her background includes establishing and growing transnational education (TNE) partnerships for franchise program delivery across Europe, the Americas, South and Southeast Asia and North Africa, and leading on the management of regional offices in South Asia, China and West Africa for recruitment and partnerships initiatives. In her previous role as Associate Director Global Greenwich at the University of Greenwich, Louise led the development and implementation of the universitys Global Engagement strategy. Prior to this Louise worked for the University of London International Programmes, establishing teaching centres in new markets across Europe and the Americas. She also worked across the MENA region, Southeast Asia and the Americas as a Recruitment Manager for Goldsmiths and UWS. Before her international career in HE Louise worked as a programme officer for the Parliamentary Network on the World Bank and IMF in Paris, as a policy intern at Scotland Europa in Brussels, and as a research intern at the Carter Center in Atlanta Georgia. Louise is passionate about the transformative power of partnerships as a means to foster innovation, diversify income streams, and enhance educational experiences globally. Louise has an MA International Relations from the University of St Andrews, an MSc Economic Development from the University of Glasgow, and an MBA from Queen Mary, University of London.
