Biography

Prior to joining the University of Essex, Bolanle had for several years worked in different roles within the NHS in Scotland and England. She has worked as a Registered nurse across various areas. This includes working as an Agency nurse within the community/hospital areas, and as a Staff Nurse in nursing home settings. She has also spent several years working as a clinical research nurse with specific cardiovascular/cardiology emphasis and across other disciplines. Bolanle is interested in clinical research nursing and hypertension in women, hypertension generally and cardiovascular disease. She joined the British and Irish Hypertension Society as a Member in about 2015. FHEA, RN, MSc, BN Adult.
