Emily Clark

Biography

Emily is the Industry Engagement Officer for the Edge Hotel School. Having begun her relationship with the University of Essex in 2020, studying BA Hotel Management at the Edge Hotel School, she returned in 2023 to coordinate the Industry Engaged Education programme. Emily has over 8 years' hospitality industry experience, with a specific focus on casual dining, culminating in managing a branch for a national cafe-bar chain in The Cotswolds.
