Dr Dorian Hayes

Biography

I am a highly committed knowledge exchange practitioner with extensive experience of research and innovation development in Higher Education, and a career history which encompasses doctoral research, research support, business development, and arts management. My role at Essex involves facilitating engagement between the Universitys research base across the social sciences (including Departments of Government, Economics, Sociology, Language and Linguistics, Psychosocial and Psychoanalytic Studies, and ISER), and organisations in the public, private, and third sectors. Prior to joining Essex in 2015, I held the role of Partnerships Manager within the King's Cultural Institute at Kings College London, and before that I was a Curator in the Americas Collections at the British Library.
