Ian Humberstone

Biography

Ian first joined the University in 2010, and has held various programme administration roles within HSC. For the past 12 years, Ian has specialised in student recruitment/admissions work. Ian's expert knowledge and experience in this area means that he is also able to train and mentor other members of staff. Ian was instrumental in the introduction of our online interview booking system for UG courses in 2022, as well are creating, and now updating the standard procedures which the rest of the admissions team use on a daily basis. Ian's strong planning and logistical skills are a fundamental part of the admissions and student recruitment work which we complete here in HSC. Ian also manages our online interview bookings portal, as well as managing application workflow to ensure we maintain a streamlined and efficient applicant experience for anyone who applies to study for a course within HSC.
