Biography

Sara Limerick is the Director of People & Culture. Driven by values of integrity, authenticity, and a healthy dose of professional courage, Working to build a culture that's as bold as it is genuine, Sara brings a calm and pragmatic touch to every strategy and is on a mission to foster a workplace where success meets sincerity. Sara joined the HR Leadership Team of the University in 2015and is an experienced HR professional having worked for over 30 years in various roles within Education, Public and Private sectors. Sara leads a team of HR professionals across strategic portfolios, including Employee Relations and Reward, Inclusion, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and Organisational Development. Working closely with her colleagues Sara is responsible for implementing the People Supporting Strategy and the recruitment, training, and retention of a high performing workforce to ensure the delivery of excellence in research and excellence in education.
