Rachel Lucas

Biography

I've worked at Essex in a variety of roles, including as Head of Quality Assurance and Enhancement and as Faculty Manager (Humanities). I now lead the Student Life Directorate within Academic Section. I've coached a variety of staff at the University via the workplace coaching support Essex offers, supporting colleagues in a range of different way including how they want to progress their careers, building confidence, managing challenging relationships, leading restructuring and handling staff management dilemmas. It's incredibly rewarding from my point of view and I very much hope a valuable and worthwhile experience for the coachee!
