Biography
As the Data Collections Development Manager at the UK Data Archive, Cristina is a dedicated data professional with extensive experience in leading key data initiatives at both national and international levels. Her work centres on empowering researchers by driving the development of accessible, high-quality data collections and resources. Collaboration is central to her approach; she works closely with internal teams and external partners to foster strong, cohesive efforts in data management. Committed to advancing data practices, Cristina continues to support the social sciences through nurturing collaborations and embracing continuous learning and growth. Her teaching interests include data management planning, sharing, and archiving of FAIR data, with a specific focus on data quality assurance, numerical disclosure risk assessment, and reproducibility.
