Biography
Jack has been an Academic Skills Tutor at Essex since 2016. He previously taught in the School of History and Department of Drama at Queen Mary University of London; for the University of Connecticut in London; and for five years as Lecturer in History in the International Academy at Essex. He was also module convener for History on the International Foundation Year at Queen Mary University of London for many years. He previously studied and trained in a range of Humanities disciplines and worked as a professional actor and musician. Jack has a particular interest in interdisciplinarity, and the teaching of presentation skills and effective writing. Publication: '"Dispute", "Battle", "Siege", "Farce"?
