Biography

I am responsible for managing the University's programme of process review activity, and for supporting and training staff in both continuous improvement and project management. This includes delivering training, preparing toolkits and guides for our Project Managers One Stop Shop, and supporting away days and brainstorming workshops, as well as facilitating full process reviews.
