Emily Osborne

Biography

I work with current University of Essex student and graduates to explore the opportunities that entrepreneurialism can bring through a wealth of knowledge. This is through 1:1 mentoring sessions, workshops, pitching events and funding opportunities. With an increase of departments wanting to incorporate entrepreneurship modules within the curriculum, I have been working closer with academic departments on curated workshops relevant to each course and business industries to which I lead on departmental engagement with the Humanities faculty. With an events background and a keen eye for detail, I bring together the resources and information for budding entrepreneurs to help them achieve success. I studied MA Curatorial Studies at the University of Essex in 2019 and have remained at the university as a staff member since.
