Profile
Biography
Zois Pigadas is from Athens, Greece and has studied Theatre at an undergraduate level at York University in Toronto, Canada, followed by postgraduate studies at Goldsmiths College, University of London. He has been teaching actors and theatre students for more than 15 years at, among other institutions, East 15 Acting School, Goldsmiths College, University of Kent and Rose Bruford College. He specialises in workshopping and devising Forum Theatre and has developed a methodology of Active Analysis based on the teachings of Jurij Alschitz. Recent directing credits include the highly acclaimed 'Moormaid' at the Arcola theatre (Theatre Weekly top ten Off-West productions, 2018), and 'Belamour' at the Etcetera theatre (nominated for best Camden Fringe short-run productions).
