Biography

I joined the university in 2009, as a lecturer. Since 2009 I have held a variety of roles within the nursing division. These have included Apprenticeship lead for Nursing and Head of Nursing Division. Currently I am Apprenticeship Lead for Nursing. Before joining the university I qualified as an adult nurse at University College London, having worked within the hospital where I trained within cardiothoracic nursing. I then moved to The John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford again within the specialty of cardiothoracic. Following my time in Oxford, I then moved into District Nursing, where I undertook Community Nursing for a number of years. During my time within District Nursing and the university, I have completed both my Degree in Health and Social Care and Masters in Medical and Clinical Education.
