Biography

I have worked at the University in People & Culture since 2017 but have worked in the profession of HR since 2003 starting out in recruitment and then moving into various generalist HR roles. My first role at the University was as an Employee Relations Assistant, I was then promoted to an Employee Relations Adviser, then moved across into the Employee Relations Operations team as the Employee Relation Operations Team Leader (managing the Employee Relation Assistants) and finally a promotion to my current role as the Assistant Employee Reward Manager, where I manage both the Reward team and the Employee Relations Assistant team.
