Anisa Salim

Biography

Anisa joined the University of Essex in March 2023 as Head of Operations & Business in the School of Health & Social Care. She is responsible for leading the strategic and management operations in the school working closely with the Dean of School Winifred Eboh, the Executive and Senior Management Team in the School. Anisa has worked for a number of years in higher education many in Health and Social Care. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing and leading on key projects. She has developed strong people skills and has a background in human resource management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (MCIPD).
