Profile
Biography
My research explores optimising (endurance) performance through manipulations in interval training protocols, aims to understand the underlying mechanisms of durability, and lastly, evaluates how we can effectively test and monitor athletes. In addition, I am interested on career development and talent conversion following talent identification, active travel initiatives, asymmetries in cycling performance, and concussion management and monitoring strategies.
