The relationship offenders have with their mobile phone and how this manifest in the counselling work

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the criminal justice agencies including the probation service were forced to close their doors and monitor and support criminals in a different way. The counselling service that provided therapy for offenders to support their issues that may contributed to their offending behaviour went form in-person to over the telephone. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of providing psychodynamic therapy to offenders over the telephone and considers the relationship
