Biography
I joined the University in May 2017 as the Business Analyst on the Learner Analytics project. My role is to understand the requirements of the University in terms of Learner Analytics, and help define the system and processes to meet those needs. Previously I worked in the finance industry and have over 10 years experience on projects. My roles on project have included Project Office Manager, Business Analyst and Project Manager. I have been involved in a wide range of IT projects to implement new systems, as will as regulatory and process improvement projects.
