Biography
Dr. Dave Townend is a Visiting Fellow at the School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, at the University of Essex. He is also a Wireless Research Manager at BT Laboratories and a Chartered Engineer. His research interests include 5G/6G radio propagation and channel modelling, mobile network deployment modelling and centralised RAN / cell-free network architectures.
