Structure

Module Outline

The module is launched with a workshop in which you explore your ideas for service and quality improvement and the development you will need. You develop your ideas and learning under the guidance of an academic supervisor in regular tutorials.

We ask also that you have a work-placed mentor to support the delivery of your project in your work-place and the learning needs that arise there.

We understand that deciding where and what to study is a very important decision for you. We’ll make all reasonable efforts to provide you with the courses, services and facilities as described on our website. However, if we need to make material changes, for example due to significant disruption, or in response to COVID-19, we’ll let our applicants and students know as soon as possible.

Assessment strategy

You write up an account of your service or quality improvement project along with a reflective commentary on the learning and development you derived from undertaking the project.
