Our members are at the forefront of language development research

Our researchers cover a wide range of research issues on language development throughout the lifespan.

Our expertise ranges from early language acquisition by infants and young children to bilingualism and second language learning in children, adolescents and adults to language loss. The breadth and variety of our interests ensures our work crosses disciplinary boundaries as we draw upon linguistics, psychology, cognitive science and education.
