The aim of re·bus is to further critical debate in art and related fields through the publication of the work of students of the School, and the proceedings of postgraduate conferences. The range of approaches and subject matters reflects the rich diversity of a School renowned for the scholarship of its staff and students alike.
By publishing re·bus online, we hope to reach a wider audience than a conventional print format would allow, producing a journal that reflects innovative scholarship and editorial rigour rather than the stresses of marketing and subscriptions. Our editorial strategy is one that embraces interdisciplinarity and academic experimentation. We welcome submissions from students as well as early career scholars outside of the School, whose work reflects an interest in visual cultures.
Re·bus journal is also available through EBSCO electronic journal service.
