Research Focus

We're investigating how neurodivergent employees in UK tech companies develop workplace social connections across remote, hybrid, and on-site environments (British Academy/Leverhulme funded, 2025-2027).

For tech companies: How your company can contribute

  • Share our anonymous survey with neurodivergent employees (10-20 minutes)
  • Allow follow-up interviews with interested participants (30-60 minutes)
  • Provide insights into your current neurodiversity initiatives
  • Participate in a co-creation workshop

For associations and NGOs: How your organisation can contribute

  • Share our study information with your network
  • Help us reach UK tech companies that employ neurodivergent workers
  • Advise on inclusive approaches to our data collection
  • Participate in a co-creation workshop
