How does it work?

Step 2: Explore your goals and prepare to be a mentee through exclusive training.
Step 3: We’ll match you based on your goals, interests, and needs.
Step 4: Meet your mentor for one-to-one conversations.
Step 5: Reflect on your experience and get Big Essex Award recognition.
Who are our mentors?
Our mentors work in range of sectors, have various levels of experience and hail from a variety of backgrounds. We have mentors in over 20 countries around the world and each has something different to offer. Some can meet you in person, others will work with you remotely, but all volunteer their time to help you achieve your aspirations.
