Aimed at students and staff in Higher Education settings, this anti-racism training raises awareness of Black cultures and steps to anti-racism. During this training you can expect to challenge racial myths and biases in Britain through the lens of Black cultures, then develop your commitment to lasting change.
Being an active bystander means intervening safely and positively to deescalate potentially harmful incidents of sexual violence, harassment and hate crime. These bystander intervention trainings are advertised regularly on the University Events page and you can book your slot there.
As an inclusive community, we regularly celebrate diversity through awareness activities. Check the University events page to see the latest.
