Sign in to AppsAnywhere

AppsAnywhere is the University's software access portal. It gets you access to hundreds of applications wherever you are, and on almost any device.

As a student at Essex you get a free subscription to Microsoft Office 365, which you can install on up to five of your personal devices.

Sign in to Office 365 with your Essex IT Account.
Under Office apps & devices, choose Install Office. Run the installer.
Once installed, open Outlook and sign in with your Essex email address and password.

When you leave the University your free subscription to Office 365 will end.

The University does not provide antivirus software for personal devices. We recommend the following free antivirus software:
