Print, copy and scan

You can print, photocopy and scan using a multi-functional device (MFD). You can print from any University computer and collect your print from any MFD on campus.

Print credit and top-ups

  • Print credit: At the beginning of each academic year, you will receive a £10 virtual print credit. This is not real money but a designated balance for printing purposes.
  • Top-ups: In addition to the initial £10 credit, you’ll automatically receive a top-up at the start of each term: £2.50 for undergraduate students and £7.50 for postgraduate students. Personal top-ups using your own money are not allowed.
  • Higher volume printing: If you require access to higher volume printing, please contact your personal tutor. Students with Specific Learning Differences (SpLD) may also be eligible for higher volume printing.
  • Checking your balance: You can check your credit balance at any time.
