"I’d love to work for NASA, so I’m aiming high!"

After I graduate from Essex, I’d like to work for a year and a half in industry to gain work experience, but would then be keen to come back and do a Masters degree in finance and accounting. Ultimately I’m looking to get into the banking side of computing, but I’d love to work for NASA, so I’m aiming high!

I’m really proud to have worked for a donation company, raising money for charity, and I’ve also worked for the NHS, which was an amazing experience. My job was to manage and see how the equipment was working on a daily basis; I would be checking and calibrating the equipment, which I did before coming to Essex. 

To me, Essex is an opportunity to get a good degree which will help me secure a good job. I think doing a work placement in my third year will really help me achieve my goals.
