Visa information

Guidance on working after studies is outlined on the University webpages. This includes guidance about applying for a Graduate or Skilled Worker visa. Further guidance on the Graduate and Skilled Worker visa routes is available from the Home Office. UKCISA, the UK Council for International Student Affairs) include detailed information about other after study work routes.

University staff are only trained and authorised to provide immigration advice about the student categories of the immigration rules. Students requiring immigration advice about applying for a new visa under other routes will need to seek independent advice from an external advice service. There are external advice services such as to local lawyers on the University webpages.

Qualifications guidance

The UK national agency for international qualifications and skills is a service which runs on behalf on the UK Government to evaluate and recognise international qualifications. Please note that there is a cost to this service.
