Stem and Root

Welcome to our vegetarian café – Stem and Root. Located in the STEM building on Square 1, we’ve got plenty of seating inside, or on our terrace.

Choose from freshly-made salads, panini and ciabatta sandwiches, filled jacket potatoes, sweet and savoury pastries, cakes and tray bakes, breakfast pastries and baps, and a range of hot and cold drinks. 

We proudly serve ethically sourced Union hand-roasted coffee. We work directly with their east London roastery to bring our house blend.

From Monday 30 September 2024

  • 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday
  • Closed - Saturday and Sunday
