Essex Food Rewards with Upay
New term - New Upay offer!
To celebrate the launch of the new Canteen lunch menu Essex Food have added a new Upay offer on the app. From Monday 13 January 2025 until Friday 21 March 2025 (Spring term), Upay app users will get 10% OFF any main lunch dish in Canteen. Simply scan your Upay app at the till to redeem.

What's the big deal with the Essex Food Rewards upay app?
The Essex Food Rewards Upay app gives you access to exclusive rewards, discounts and money off selected items. Just scan your app at the till to redeem. Rewards include:
Buy 5 hot drinks and get the 6th FREE
Buy any 5 hot drinks, in any size, from selected Essex Food café outlets and get the 6th FREE. Plus, bring a reusable cup and an additional SAVE 25p.
You could SAVE around £5 per week, based on getting your 6th hot drink FREE and using your reusable cup each time.

New members:
- Visit the Apple Store or Google Play and search for 'Upay' to download the free app. Alternatively, you can go to Upay to register
- Once downloaded, click 'Register here'. Then enter the affiliate ID: ESSEXFOOD to begin the registration process
- Follow the steps to register your account. Please note, you do not need a referral code

Existing members:
If you’re an existing member there’s nothing for you to do other than to continue benefitting from your existing Essex Food Upay app. Please make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the app by checking updates in your phone settings. Turn on notifications for updates to the app and offers.
Phone registered outside of the UK?
You may find that you can't download the Essex Food Upay app due to your smart phone being registered outside of the UK, but not to worry. You can register your Essex Food Upay app account through your smart phone's browser and pay and collect your points in the same way.. Just sign up now!
