New members: 

  1. Visit the Apple Store or Google Play and search for 'Upay' to download the free app. Alternatively, you can go to Upay to register
  2. Once downloaded, click 'Register here'. Then enter the affiliate ID: ESSEXFOOD to begin the registration process
  3. Follow the steps to register your account. Please note, you do not need a referral code
  4. If you're having trouble signing in or need help with your Upay app please contact helpdesk@uniware.co.uk 

Existing members:

If you’re an existing member there’s nothing for you to do other than to continue benefitting from your existing Essex Food Upay app. Please make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the app by checking updates in your phone settings. Turn on notifications for updates to the app and offers. 

Phone registered outside of the UK?

You may find that you can't download the Essex Food Upay app due to your smart phone being registered outside of the UK, but not to worry. You can register your Essex Food Upay app account through your smart phone's browser and pay and collect your points in the same way.. Just sign up now!
